GREEN RICE 
1 c. dry white rice
2 c. water
1/2 c. butter
Onion grated
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can spinach, drained
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

Cook rice in water (equals 3 cups cooked rice).

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs; add milk, green pepper, onion, seasoning, spinach, and cheese. Combine butter and cooked rice.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
