GREEN SALAD 
Leaf lettuce, head lettuce, endive, fresh spinach, etc., may be used

DRESSING:

(Keeps indefinitely).

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. onion juice
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. lg. curd cottage cheese

(May be omitted, if you don't care for cottage cheese).

Use as much crisp, crumbled bacon as desired. Mix greens well, add dressing and cottage cheese; mix well. Add bacon last and mix well.
