SCOTCH SHORT BREAD | |
1 lb. butter - no substitute 1 c. powdered sugar 3 c. all purpose flour 1 c. rice flour 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. mace Work butter until soft, add sugar and cream, then add flour and mace mixture, a small quantity at a time. If dough becomes soft, refrigerate. Roll into small dough balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown. |
