STUFFED BAKED POTATOES 
3 baking potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
3-4 green onions top, sliced
1 tsp. steak seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Bread crumbs

Wash and dry potatoes; bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cut each potato in half and scoop out insides. Mash thoroughly. Saute mushrooms in butter. Add all ingredients except bread crumbs. Pile into shells and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees until hot (about 10 to 15 minutes). Serves 4-6.
