RHUBARB PUDDING 
4 c. cut rhubarb
Nutmeg
3/4 c. sugar

Place rhubarb in greased casserole. Sprinkle with sugar. Make batter of:

1 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour.
