HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese
crushed corn flakes (for topping)

Mix all ingredients together except corn flakes and melted butter. Pour in casserole dish. Top with corn flakes that have been mixed with melted butter.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
