CRAB CANAPE PIE 
1 lb. flaked crabmeat
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. capers
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. Accent
Dash of Tabasco
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Mix together all ingredients. Reserve 1/4 cup cheese. Spread in 9 inch Pyrex pie plate, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with crackers.
