BARBECUE CHUCK ROAST 
2 chuck roasts, 3 lb. each
1 bunch celery, chopped
3 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients with 1 1/2 cups water and put over meat. Cover and roast 6 hours at 300 degree oven; then pull apart. More water may have to be added. Serve on buns or hard rolls.
