BBQ CHUCK ROAST 
1 (3 lb.) chuck roast, 1 1/2 - 2 inches thick
1 tsp. MSG or Accent
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Sprinkle both sides of meat with Accent or MSG.

Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over meat and marinate at least 2-3 hours or overnight. Turn once.

To cook: Place meat on grill over medium coals. Turn and baste with marinade every 10-15 minutes. Grill 35-45 minutes for medium-rare roast.
