BARBECUE BEEF 
3 - 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bottle Heinz Thick and Rice Hickory Smoke barbecue sauce

Place roast in crock pot with water and onion. Cook overnight. When meat is done, take out of crock pot and let cool. Pour all water out of crock pot. With fork shred meat. Place meat back in crock pot, pour barbecue sauce over meat and stir. Cook on slow about 30 minutes. Serve on buns with cole slaw. Very easy; great taste.
