1 c sugar
1/2 c flour
pinch of salt
2 tbsp cocoa
3 c whole milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1/3 stick butter

Mix in skillet: sugar, flour, salt, cocoa, and milk. Stir constantly on medium/ high heat until the consistency of chocolate pudding. Will scorch easily. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
