1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Pinch salt

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Pour in skillet and add milk. Cook on medium heat until slightly thick. Serve over biscuits. Also makes a great pudding layered with graham crackers.
