POTATO SOUP | |
8 slices bacon - fried then cut into strips 1 c. onions, chopped 2 c. cubed potatoes, cooked, covered with water 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. sour cream 1 3/4 c. milk Salt and pepper to taste Ham (optional) Fry bacon and onions together. Pour off fat. Add potatoes, ham, if desired. Bring to boil, simmer until done. Stir in celery soup and sour cream. Gradually add milk (simmer) do not boil!!! Add salt and pepper to taste. |
