POTATO SALAD 
5 lb. potatoes
3-4 mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
Dill pickle juice, 1 tbsp. at a time, keep adding until right consistency
1-2 tsp. celery salt & onion salt
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Little pickle or pimento, optional
Little salt

Put in a big bowl. Add 8 ounce sour cream.
