ATLANTA WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. milk (about)
2 egg yolks, well beaten
3 to 4 tbsp. melted butter

Sift dry ingredients together into mixing bowl. Stir in milk gradually, then egg yolks and butter. Finally fold in egg whites. Bake in a moderately hot waffle baker 4 to 5 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 waffles.
