1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. finely minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
4 tbsp. butter
Several thin slices lemon, seeded

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring. Baste on charcoal grilled meats, when they are almost done. Good on chicken, pork or beef.
