PECAN PUFFS 
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
4 tbsp. sugar
2 c. pecan meats, ground
Confectioners' sugar

Blend butter, sugar and vanilla together until creamy. Add ground pecans and flour. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees. While hot, roll in confectioners' sugar; when cool, roll again in sugar. Makes 50 to 60 mouthfuls.
