SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. sweet potatoes (cooked and mashed)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. milk

Mix and put in buttered baking dish. Top with the following topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter (room temp.)
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix well and sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
