PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4-6 pork chops, brown on each side
4-6 potatoes, sliced crosswise
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onions or more
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery soup

Put potatoes in dish and pour mixture over them. Put pork chops on top of potatoes and top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake 45 minutes or longer until pork chops and potatoes are done.
