COCONUT MACAROONS | |
1 1/3 c. coconut 1/3 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1/8 tsp. salt 2 egg whites 1/2 tsp. almond extract Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt in bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract; mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are browned. Remove from pan at once. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen. |
