COCONUT MACAROON 
2 egg whites
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flake coconut

Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla. Add sugar gradually then fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie tray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield 1 1/2 dozen.
