COCONUT MACAROONS 
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. Baker's coconut
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 egg whites

Mix dry ingredients together. Add coconut and mix. Add extract and unbeaten egg whites and mix. Drop by teaspoon on greased and floured pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges curl. Remove and cool.
