1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any kind)
2 1/2 c. cool milk
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut

FIRST LAYER: Mix flour, butter, and chopped nuts as pie crust. Press in 9x13 inch pan. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

SECOND LAYER: Beat together and spread over crust the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 12 oz. Cool Whip.

THIRD LAYER: Beat puddings and milk until thick. Spread on cheese mixture.

FOURTH LAYER: Whip Dream Whip according to direction.

FIFTH LAYER: Broil 1/2 package of coconut until light brown. Sprinkle on top. Refrigerate.
