BAKED MACARONI-BULGARIA 
1 tsp. salt
1 pound macaroni
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup diced feta cheese
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 400F. Combine salt with 3 cups water and boil. Add macaroni and simmer until soft. Rinse with cold water and drain. Place in baking dish with lightly buttered bottom. Sprinkle pieces of butter and cheese on top. Beat eggs, milk and sugar and pour on top of macaroni.

Bake until top of macaroni turns red/brown.

Makes 6-8 servings.
