ORANGE ALMOND CHICKEN BREASTS 
Bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and diluted
1/4 c. butter, melted
6 chicken breasts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, almonds, salt, pepper and parsley. Combine orange juice concentrate and butter. Dip chicken into orange mixture, then into crumb mixture. Bake in a shallow baking pan 55 to 60 minutes.
