IDA MATTHEWS GINGERBREAD | |
1/2 c. sugar 1 c. molasses 1/2 c. Crisco Mix the above ingredients well. To one cup boiling water, add 2 teaspoons soda. Add to the above. 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 well beaten eggs Add to all. Pour into a 2 quart loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
