AMARETTO CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
3 tbsp. Amaretto
1 tbsp. brandy
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Place almonds on baking sheet. Toast at 250 degrees for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Finely chop nuts and stir into cheese mixture leaving a few for garnish. Roll into log, ball or place in small casserole. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
