WARM BEEF DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 oz. dried beef (jar or pkg.), chopped fine
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped, sauteed

Mix all ingredients (except nuts) on mixer until well blended. Pour into baking dish. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
