HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
4 eggs, beaten
4 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh berries or summer fruit

Beat together all ingredients well. Place in ice cream freezer and turn until done. If desired, 1 1/2 to 2 cups fresh fruit of any kind may be added. Eat with a big spoon.
