EGG STRATA | |
1 lb. bulk sausage 2 c. frozen hash browns 1 c. Swiss cheese 2 or 3 tbsp. butter 6 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Saute sausage until brown. Drain and remove grease from pan. Melt butter and lightly saute thawed hash browns. Place sausage in bottom of a 2 quart casserole. Cover with the hash browns and sprinkle Swiss cheese on top. Beat eggs, add milk and salt. Pour over ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Great Brunch Dish. |
