1 pkg. pineapple-orange Jello
1/3 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 c. coconut
1 angel food cake

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add hot water, lemon juice, sugar and pineapple. Mix well. Set in refrigerator to gel slightly. Line bottom of 9x11 glass dish with 1/2 of cake - torn into bite-size pieces.

Prepare Dream Whip, divide in half and mix 1/2 with gelatin mixture. Pour half of this mixture over cake, then gelatin. Cover top with remaining Dream Whip and coconut. Chill overnight.
