TANGY CUCUMBER SALAD | |
2 small cucumbers, thinly sliced 1 tsp. salt, divided 2 med. tomatoes, cut in large pieces 1 med onion, chopped 1/4 c. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. honey 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp ground mustard 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp dried oregano Dash cayenne pepper Place cucumbers in a strainer; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. of salt and toss. Let stand for 30 minutes. Rinse and drain well. Place in a large bowl; add tomatoes and onion. In small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss.
