DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. boiling coffee

Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa together, set aside. Cream oil and sugar together, add eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix with dry ingredients, stir baking soda into boiling coffee and add to batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 (9 inch) pans, approximately 30 minutes, 9 x 13 inch pan, approximately 40 minutes.
