TOMATO MEAT LOAF 
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Water to moisten
Potatoes
Carrots

Mix 1 can tomato soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, egg, pepper, salt and water. Shape firmly into loaf. Mix 1 can tomato soup and 1 can of water in roaster. Place meat loaf in roaster. Cut up potatoes and carrots. Place around meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
