COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 box Jello, any flavor
1 (24 oz.) carton lg. curd cottage cheese
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (20 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
1 (8 or 9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix dry Jello with can of drained pineapple. Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip, mix thoroughly. Add marshmallows, mix and let stand in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaf.
