1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 c. white miniature marshmallows
Dash of salt
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
8-10 maraschino cherries
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Dissolve Jello in water, add marshmallows and salt; stir until the marshmallows melt. When the mixture starts to set, beat with mixer until light. Add cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese. Fold in the whipped cream.

I take the cherries and put them around the mold that I am going to use. Pour mixture over the top of the cherries. Chill until firm.
