COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
18 maraschino cherries, cut fine
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1/2 pt. Cool Whip
1 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 3/4 cups boiling water. Let stand until it starts to jell. Add cherries, pineapple, marshmallows, cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well. Fold in Cool Whip, let stand until firm. Top with cherry Jello dissolved in 1 3/4 cup boiling water. Makes 9x13 inch Pyrex dish.
