COLD STRAWBERRY SOUP 
2 c. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 c. buttermilk

In saucepan combine berries, 1 1/2 cups water, sugar, orange juice and orange peel. Bring to a boil; simmer 20 minutes. Cool 30 minutes. Put in blender until smooth. Stir in buttermilk. Chill.

Blueberries or raspberries can be substituted for the strawberries.
