STIR-'N-DROP OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. nuts (optional)

Stir flour and next 4 ingredients together. Add sugar and oats. Mix in thoroughly oil, milk and egg. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoon about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. So good and stay moist and chewy.
