HAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. oil
2 lg. onions
3 green peppers
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. paprika
2 lbs. raw ham, diced
1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 lb. uncooked spaghetti
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese

Saute onions and green peppers in the oil until golden. Season with pepper, salt and pepper. Fry ham a few minutes then add tomatoes. When hot, add spaghetti and mushrooms. Cook 20 minutes and bake.
