HAM CASSEROLE 
2 c. cubed ham
1 pkg. 7 oz. spaghetti (break in small pieces)
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 c. green peas
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Melt butter in saucepan and saute green pepper. Add flour, milk and cook until slightly thickened. Mix all ingredients. Reserve small amount of cheese for top. Season to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes; until hot and bubbly. Serves 12.
