SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. potato starch
Dash of vanilla

Beat egg yolks, add sugar and continue beating until blended. Beat egg whites until stiff, then beat them into first mixture. Mix baking powder and starch; sift into first mixture; blend. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
