BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 sm. box Minute Rice
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 big bag frozen broccoli, cubed, cooked

Melt the butter in a pan. Saute the celery and onion in butter. Add the soup, water, Minute Rice, Velveeta cheese and broccoli. Put in large casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
