CROUTON HOT DISH 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 (10 oz.) pkg. of frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery
1 box (7 oz.) croutons
3 cans small cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk

Mix raw hamburger with frozen vegetables. Pat in 15 x 10 pan. Put in onions, cook celery a little to tender and put over hamburger mix. Spread on croutons. Mix milk, soup and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered, then cover and bake 1/2 hour more.
