RICE PUDDING 
1 c. uncooked rice
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Cinnamon

Cook rice, mix rice with all ingredients, except cinnamon. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover dish with foil. Place on rack in crock pot. Add 1 cup hot water in bottom of pot. Cook on high for 2 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
