AUNT ESTER'S SAUERKRAUT SLAW | |
1 lb. sauerkraut 1 medium onion, chopped 1 c. chopped celery 1/2 green pepper, chopped Dressing: 1 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar Rinse sauerkraut very well and drain. Mix together kraut, onions, celery and green pepper. Make dressing by heating together sugar and vinegar until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing on slaw and toss to coat, then refrigerate to chill prior to serving. |
