1 lemon pudding cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 cans mandarin oranges
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box instant pudding
2 c. milk
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix cake mix with eggs, oil, vanilla and 1/2 cup juice from the oranges. Line oranges on bottom of a 9x13 cake pan. Pour cake batter over oranges and bake 25 minutes. Cool cake.

Mix the cream cheese, pudding and milk together and spread on top of cooled cake. Pour drained pineapple over the top. Top with Cool Whip and ground nuts. Refrigerate 24 hours.
