REFRIGERATOR DESSERT 
1 lemon or orange angel food cake
1 c. ginger ale
2/3 c. orange juice
1 lb. marshmallows

Cook all ingredients except cake over low heat until marshmallows are melted. Cool until mixture begin to congeal. Add 1 pint cream whipped stiff or Cool Whip.

Put pieces of cake in bottom of pan 9 x 13 or similar. Then spread above mixture on top, another layer of pieces of cake and rest of mixture on top. Sprinkle with coconut. Place in refrigerator and it is ready to serve later in the day or the next day. Cover. Garnish with mandarin orange slices (optional).
