MACAROON REFRIGERATOR DESSERT 
1 box coconut macaroon mix
1 c. cut up walnuts
1 pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar
1 qt. lemon sherbet
1 qt. orange sherbet
1 qt. lime sherbet

Prepare macaroon mix as directed on package, except bake 1 minute less. Cut into tiny bits. Add walnuts. Whip cream and add vanilla and sugar.

Combine cream with macaroon bits. Put dabs of mixture in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Then place spoonfuls of sherbets and more macaroon mixture so the colors are variegated and marbelized in pan. Freeze. Cut into squares and place on paper doilies to serve. Makes about 16 servings.
