MACAROON DESSERT 
1 pt. cream, whipped
1/2 coconut macaroons (from bakery)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 qt. lime, lemon, or orange sherbet

1. Crumble macaroons and chopped nuts. 2. Whip cream. Fold in macaroons and nuts. 3. Spread 1/2 of this mixture in loaf pan. 4. Carefully cover with sherbet which has been softened enough to spread. 5. Add remaining macaroon mixture, spooning on carefully. 6. Freeze. 7. Slice like cake or cut in squares. If desired, serve with strawberries or raspberries.
